Jennifer specializes in
the recruitment of administrative and support staff for
Coleman and Company clients. Most recently, Jennifer was
a recruiter and manager for the International Resource
Group of Kforce, one of the largest recruiting companies
in the US. As Manager of Alliances and Programs, Jennifer
built overseas referral networks and developed programs to
support the growth of the Global Solutions Division, which
recruited over 1,000 professionals in an 8 month period.
Jennifer has an MBA in Leadership, Marketing and International
Business from the University of South Florida, where she
was part of the faculty and specialized in Leadership Studies.
Jennifer is a recent transplant to the NYC metro area and
had previously lived in Tampa, Florida for 18 years.
