Suzanne Coleman, Managing Partner

Suzanne Coleman brings to Coleman & Company a wealth of search experience within the financial services industry. For the last eleven years, as an executive recruiter, she has managed senior-level recruitment projects for clients in investment banking, private equity, and asset management, including alternative investments.

Suzanne began her career at Lehman Brothers as the on-site account manager for a major advertising agency.

Later as an account manager and consultant for other major advertising agencies she provided strategic direction and managed marketing campaigns for major financial clients and corporations. Subsequent to her Wall Street and corporate experience, Suzanne was a founder and partner of a full service event-planning business. Her clients included Merrill Lynch and Deloitte & Touche. The common thread to all her experience is her client relationship management.

Suzanne graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree from The Whittemore School of Business.
