Carol’s career spans 12 years
in executive search. Leveraging
off of her 15 years in financial services expertise, Carol
focuses on middle to senior level searches in investment
banking, private equity, private placement and asset management,
including alternative investments.
Carol's most recent
banking position was with Citibank in London as Vice President
of Global Distribution for Euro-Commercial Paper. She previously directed sales of fixed income
securities and derivatives as Vice President for Citibank’s
North American Corporate Sales in New York.
Prior to Citibank, Carol
served as an analyst and then a lending officer in the
Latin American group at a regional bank. During those
years and subsequent years at American Express International
Bank, she specialized in corporate lending, trade finance
and country debt restructuring.
Carol received a B.A. in Psychology
from Tulane University and a Masters in International Management
from the American Graduate School of International Management
(Thunderbird). She has served on the Board of Directors
for two insurance subsidiaries of ING, the major Dutch
global financial services company.
