Willa is an executive recruiter with over 12 years of Wall Street search experience.  Having begun her career as a Marketing Manager at  Merrill Lynch, Willa brings to Coleman & Company a solid knowledge of both sell-side and buy-side requirements.
 
Willa has placed a wide array of financial services candidates including risk management, hedge fund and due diligence specialists.  Most recently her focus has been on risk and analytical positions.  Throughout the years, Willa has developed a large and loyal candidate base that has contributed to her filling many unique positions, including those related to emerging markets. 

Willa has a BA in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
